Whether it’s your first time bringing life into this world, or you’re more experienced, a birth doula is an incredible resource to have. They’re there to help you prepare for your big debut so you feel confident, calm, and empowered as you meet your new addition.
You’ll get to choose if you want 2 doulas or one for your birth, and when you choose to hire our doula team, you will get well acquainted with them so they know what your plan is, how you want to be supported, and answer any questions.

When you hire our doula team, you get two doulas!
Our doulas work in pairs, which means that when you hire our doula team, you get two! It also means that you will get to know both of them in your prenatal sessions, and both of them will be 100% informed of your wishes.
When it comes to your birth, whoever is on call at that time will be the one that supports you during your birth, and the other doula will stay as your backup doula, so there are no surprises.

Ashley believes the way you birth matters both physically and emotionally for you, your partner and your baby. She knows that continuous emotional, physical, and evidence based informational support makes a positive difference throughout the whole perinatal period and she is passionate about nurturing birthing people and their families with this support throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum.
Ashley is a DONA International certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and is continuously furthering her knowledge and education through other perinatal programs and workshops.
