HypnoBirthing is so much more than your typical childbirth classes.

Our HypnoBirthing prenatal classes aren’t your typical “I could’ve read this in a book” option. We focus on the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of pregnancy and birth - which are often overlooked in other pregnancy classes.

Despite your best efforts, sometimes intervention is required for the safety of you and your baby - and that’s okay! HypnoBirthing helps create a positive, gentle birth experience, regardless of the outcome. 

You’ll learn how to work with your body (instead of against it!) to make the process easier, and make informed decisions whether you’re at 2 cms or at 10.

Your HypnoBirthing Class Registration includes:

  • 12.5 to 15 hours of class (5 2.5 to 3 hour classes once a week)

  • HypnoBirthing Text Book

  • HypnoBirthing Workbook & Handouts

  • 7 downloadable tracks

  • Scripts, class notes, visualization posters, a birth plan template, and support from your educator via tex/phone/email before, during and after the birth as needed.
