When Everything Feels Like Too Much

A 4-week in-person therapeutic group for overwhelmed moms of young children.

If you’ve been feeling like everything is too much lately… you’re not alone.

Too much noise.
Too many needs.
Too many things happening at once.
Too little space to think, breathe, or feel like yourself.

For many moms of young children, life can start to feel like a constant state of overstimulation—where even small things feel overwhelming, and rest never quite feels like enough.

This group was created for that exact experience.

Not because something is “wrong” with you.
But because your nervous system has been carrying more than it was designed to hold without support.

This group is for you if:

  • You feel easily overwhelmed by noise, mess, or constant demands

  • You often feel “touched out” or overstimulated by the end of the day

  • You notice irritability or emotional reactivity showing up faster than it used to

  • You struggle to think clearly when multiple things are happening at once

  • You feel mentally exhausted even after rest

  • You crave quiet, space, or relief—but rarely get it

  • You feel like you are always “on,” with no real downtime

You do not need to be in crisis to join this group.
Most participants are simply feeling maxed out, overloaded, and emotionally depleted from the demands of parenting young children.

What this group is really about

This is not a parenting skills group.
It is not about doing more, fixing yourself, or becoming a “better” mom.

This is about:

  • Reducing nervous system overload

  • Understanding overstimulation and overwhelm in the body

  • Learning what actually helps when you feel at capacity

  • Creating space where you don’t have to hold everything together

  • Feeling less alone in the experience of motherhood

This is a calm, structured therapeutic space designed to feel steady, supportive, and contained.

What you can expect in each session:

Each 90-minute weekly session includes:

  • A structured and predictable opening (so nothing feels chaotic or unclear)

  • Gentle grounding and nervous system regulation practices

  • Psychoeducation about overwhelm, stress, and overstimulation

  • Optional sharing and reflection (you are never required to speak)

  • Practical tools you can use in real-life overwhelming moments

  • A calm, supportive group environment

There is no pressure to perform, explain yourself, or “process deeply” if you don’t want to.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

  • 4 weekly sessions

  • 90 minutes each

Not to be exclusive, but to ensure it feels:

Many overwhelmed moms don’t need more stimulation, even in support spaces. They need less.
